Air Horn's.

Needed something with a bit more "get outta my way" ooomph.

currently 3D printed plastic to work out the mounts but will laser cut at work during the week, finish mounting next weekend once the bits come back from the powdercoaters and wire them up !!

Went for a spin in my old Ranger about a month ago. Fella that bought it off me put a 1UZ in it initially and had just finished a built 1uz twin turbo engine.... goes damn good !!

looking a new air box lower today that does not have the valve (but has provision for one) I cannot see why one can't be made from a bit of bicycle inner tube.

Built on the Everest Chassis and only 500 built.

Ford Thailand did it so that the Everest is "pickup based" and thus is taxed differently from an SUV or some such dribble.

That explains why it was not happy then, there is too much airflow through the larger pipe, does not explain why if you swapped pipe back to OEM ID though.

The sensor placement, was it into the piping the same depth as OEM ?
