Re: Front parking sensors
Just fitted these on the weekend. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/170642412069?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 Quality is good and I was able to get the sensors in silver which matched pretty good. I took the option of fitting only 2 of the sensors. I also did not wire it to the brake ...

Just like the add reads, they are air bag compatible.naddis01 wrote:They don't look airbag compatible?
There is a slit positioned over the airbag that can open freely but the material naturally stays closed hence no un sightly gaps.

I would be very cautious if using cheap struts from EBay (Lendo not saying yours are). I purchased the tail gate strut which come from the same place as the bonnet struts and after fitting it I was very pleased with it as it drops the tail gate nice and slow. Then after about 20 to 30 times used the...

Gday, I bought a white Aeroklas canopy bnib from an auction and took it to the panel shop to get painted Metro grey. I managed to get the windows off but had to leave the trims on because I didn't want to rip all the glue and silicone work that aeroklas had done. The painter just taped up the rest ...

I'm considering getting a Aeroklas canopy for my dual cab. Can any one tell me if fuel efficiency will be noticeably affected by the extra weight and change in aero dynamics. Cheers. Seriously would you think if it made a difference you would not buy one? No I didn't say that, I just want to know.

People including myself commenting that the Ranger in our opinions looks far better is not hate. It is also perfectly acceptable to be doing this on a Ford Ranger forum.

Re: Silver XL 2.2 manual RWD Dual Cabo fix.
$318 from a dealer sounds like a good price. They normally start off extremely high with there prices as they expect us to beat them down. Reverse sensors are a good investment, as a slight scrape in the car park would cost more than that to fix. Mara I hear you, and also the tight clutch doesn't he...

Hi Ozy, The reverse sensors were fitted by Auto Extreme as a dealer option and cost $500. However I was charged about half that. Another option that I might have otherwise gone with is 'The Car Kit Company' which appear to have good pricing. I reckon reverse sensors should have been standard on all ...

Silver XL 2.2 manual RWD Dual Cab
Picked up my Ute 10 days ago and have 250km on the clock so far with economy showing 7.7 lt per 100kms so I'm impressed with that so far. Not doing much in the way of mods as I like the look as it is, even with the steel wheels. So far I have removed the barrier bar and fitted a EGR tonneau, Maxda 3...

I bought one that fits my XL dual cab with barrier bar removed. So it rolls up all the way to the cab. I don't roll it up under itself as recommended in the manual as it is a pain to do, that's really only so the UV protected side is exposed. If the UV protection is an issue for you then just tuck t...

Okay, just checked And I didn't fit the spacer, so you don't need to trim the thread. How ever just fitted it back on with spacer and reception is still poor.
So I also have one bee sting aerial to give away to the first person to pm me. Pick up in Brisbane only and all voters welcome.

Dunno, are those Phillips Extreme Vision bulbs easy to install? Are they just plug and play or is there any connectors required?
