Re: Where's Trentski's Ranger!!
Congrats on your 900th post! I would appreciate any photo,s of the different side windows inside and out open/shut if its not to much of a hassle. I'm also 6ft+ with a golden retriever and debating window options. The canopy agent here reckons the front slider is good for ventilation for dogs and su...

Hi Mick, The trailer is a factory Easytow that runs the standard Dexter braking system, four wheel Trojan s/s calipers electric over hydraulic. I use the Prodigy p3 brake controller that a mechanic at work fitted.

Sounds like a simple fix Matt but does that put a twisting load on the rest of the seat base? And if so is there a matching hole on the inboard side?

Re: Oil leak in PX XLT SUPERCAB 4X4
Information that's fact is what everyone prefers. The way you worded your last post it sounds like you prefer myth, although I know you did not mean it that way you did it while blowing your own trumpet! I hope Ford do not share the same attitude as you to some of the issues on this forum and some o...

Re: Oil leak in PX XLT SUPERCAB 4X4
Steff66, I post on this forum to gain information and maybe help people like wdw by sharing information that is actual fact, NOT to be ridiculed by someone. At no time did I mention two cases, I said two causes. Given that wdw has steam cleaned the oiled area twice "me thinks" you may be wrong and h...

Quote "who in there right mind makes an oil filter end cap out of plastic " ..... Valeo makes it, they also make it for lots of others and have been for a long time. The problem comes from not draining the sump long enough and spilling oil everywhere. Also when you open the cap you only crack it op...

Re: Oil leak in PX XLT SUPERCAB 4X4
Its becoming fairly common. Who in their right mind makes an oil filter end cover cap out of plastic. They will find one of two causes so far, poor molding where the o'ring seats in the cap or a cracked cap.

Re: Let's splash some water!!
Our trucks are made to handle way worse than that. I live near the ocean the salt in the air all day every day is way worse than driving through salt water once. Also what about all the sand driving we do. I think mud is worse for a car than salt water. They are a 4x4 ranger meant to be used not a ...

As far as Nudge Bars go, EGR has the best looking bar IMO. The high ones look shocking. I like where the Tube sits. Not to High. That LED bar is cool. 37.5mm High wont restrict airflow. Single row looks way better than the double row. At close to $700.00 I would be putting a few spot welds on the l...

Hi Dunno, I had one thrown in as part of the deal and I'm not impressed. It's a pain in the butt to roll up past the sports bar and its made more difficult by having to roll it under itself. I will be going with either an egr canopy or a bakflip vp or g2. I hav'nt made up my mind yet.
