As long as you don't plough into the water at 100 km/h there shouldn't be any real problems. My ranger had 900 km on the OD when it did its first bonnet deep water crossing and has done a few since (Remote living life).

Re: Ranger PX2 Intercooler Pipe Upgrade
Hey Maachine with out hearing the noise i cant tell you if its normal or not but you will get more turbo noise with the aftermarket pipes installed especially doing the hotside upgrade as you get rid of the resonator/muffler. I would just make sure all clamps are done up tight.

Re: Forefront air box to turbo silicon pipe
Have to wonder why it performs better than stock, it's just a pipe The stock one has flex joints in it which aren't going to help with air flow having these flex joints also allows the pipe to expand and contract with heat and vacuum (eg the pipe can suck in under acceleration). The aftermarket is ...

To be honest mate i did it just because i have the rest of the piping kit/intercooler upgarde . I didn't think there would be any gains as such to be had but on the drive home from work yesterday (I fitted it in the work car park at lunch) i was so impressed with how much the low down throttle respo...

Never known the cheap Chinese crap to last that long. If the lugs don't tear off they usually crack in half. You must have a rare pair. I am the opposite, never known genuine Maxtrax to fail. Tearing lugs off is the drivers fault, too many revs . Totally agree with this ^^^. I have used mine in san...

I just had a look on ebay the same set i got are...

Diesel care say to change a pre filter cartridge when you change the factory one and if you have a secondary filter fitted then it can be changed every 2nd time you do the factory filter. here's a link for anyone that wants a read: https://www.dieselcare.com.au/service/f ... n-systems/

If you don't want to lift it just change the struts and rear shocks and keep the standard springs. When it comes to what brand to choose at the end of the day its comes down to personal choice really as you will find bad reviews on all of them. Any of the well known brands will do Tough dog, Bilstein...
