No you can’t tow anything beyond 3.5t even with an engineering cert, as a 50mm ball is only rated to 3.5t as is the tow bar itself

The tanks aren’t designed to be sealed that’s what the breather is for. Sounds like he overfilled it hence it coming out of the breather
