Have had rivets fail several times on rhino racks. Rivets simply arent suitable mounting hardware. Sounds like it may be green and yellow Well when i used to have a KTM the old saying was If you didn't buy an orange one you may have just bought a lemon. Fitting a canopy over the standard tub was a mistake. It is all serviceable and functions as intended . I should have dumped the tub and built tray /canopy back in 2013. My next ute will get a "butch built" tray and canopy. See a lot of mud tires that only have tar stuck on them :? .... :lol: :lol:...
