The older ones do. New Rams come with the 6.7 cummins which is an upgraded 5.9. Both "B" engine family.

My 2013 ute has been on the beach a bit since new, did a bit of paddock work at the farm and crossed the odd desert and I haven't noticed any rust. just give it a good tub when I can.

Now that is a pretty slick solution to what a lot of folk have struggled with. I can imagine you with an old cut down m12 tool battery receiver bolted to your ute so you can just do a battery swap.
