First time Ranger Owner PX2 - Advise on Auto Shifter removal

Hi All

I purchased my first Ranger 3 months ago, PX2 XLT Diesel (pre loved) and am loving it. Have also moved States in it, moving through floods and then desert and it hasn't missed a beat. (sounds like an advert for the brand)

I want to though change the Auto Shifter knob, and have bought a Universal one. Looking through the threads though I haven't yet found advise on removing the old Shifter knob for a PX2?

Can anyone send me in the right direction?
