Another Wildtrak X owner

Post by kmajohan »

Hi all,
I got my new Wildtrak X about 3 weeks ago. Very happy with it so far. Just not so happy with Ford that took so many things out that were standard equipment before.
Looking at dual battery options at the moment with preference of putting a lithium battery behind the seat.

Yes, I was disappointed too, coming from a 2016 Wildtrak to a 2021 Wildtrak X.
You do expect that every thing you had, will still be there, plus a few extras.

The Dealer went trough the list with me and said they changed the 8-way seat adjust to a 6-way adjust.
Brochure, do they even make them anymore?

Hi All, ran into the same problems with MY-21.75 Wildtrak, Ford delayed delivery by many months behind estimated and started deleting things. You had to check the current brochure to keep up but at least they left the SYNC-3 intact together with Navigation plus Ford Pass. New T6.2 platform seems scheduled for release in July or somewhere around then. Still very happy with the vehicle in Bi-Turbo version. Be interesting to see what the next generation delivers. Answering one other question posted - think there pretty much finished production now and ramping up for T6.2.
