Shipping is a bit expensive but worth it.

Hey GM,

Started off being sarcastic, but then thought about it seriously and I can't think of anything you can get for these Utes under $100. Maybe a tank of fuel.

- Forscan software and OBD2 module (wired, not bluetooth), getting rid of unwanted chimes, reprogram lighting, saves going to dealers to check codes, reset modules, disable or limit smart charge levels etc.

- LED interior lights upgrade

- Center console tray. About $15 ebay delivered

Well this is true, i did consider saying under $200 but stuck with $100 to keep things interesting, a tank of fuel is always good when you can get it under $100 ha ha
mine would be my EDS scanner, helped me identify I had overheating issues as the stock gauge dont tell ya much until its too late, also helps me monitor my alternator voltage, but i will soon upgrade the more expensive unit that monitors trans temps also. This will then no doubt fall out of the $100 category.

FORSCAN is worth its weight in gold! Chimes be gone! Ha ha and how good is silent mode....

For some reason my px2 came with the centre console tray like the px1, actually started looking at the led interior light upgrades last night too

Does that include harness, plugs, mounting bracket etc.
I know it can be done on the cheap, but this kit is good quality.

There’s a kit available on eBay and the harness included gets power from the fuel flap solenoid to open and close the tailgate each time the car is unlocked & locked. Great quality kit and good value in my opinion.

It works with the car remote as I have done the same as lincoln by using the cheap Jaycar solenoid....easy job for any diy person.
Cost me about $25 for solenoid, wiring & connectors and about an hours labour. ;)

It uses the car remote, it does more than just wind up.

Operating features:

Auto windows up:

After ignition is off and doors closed, press lock on the key remote, the front 2 and back 2 windows will close successively, if left down after ignition is turned off.

Using the key remote to lower all windows vehicle remains unlocked:

When engine is off, press unlock-lock-unlock the front 2 and back 2 windows will lower at the same time. To lock doors after this function, press lock on the key remote, to lock and close all windows press lock again at any interval.

Pausing window opening / closing:

Press lock or unlock on the key remote during auto window operation, all windows will pause.

When ignition is on all windows become one touch auto up/down function from the driver’s window switch panel by depressing each individual switch for half a second.

All windows will retract down slightly:

After ignition is off, press lock-unlock-lock on the key remote, all windows will lower a very small amount for ventilation. By repeating lock-unlock-lock they will lower again slightly and stop, this process can be repeated.

Lock vehicle without closing windows:

After ignition is off and the doors are all closed, press unlock-unlock-lock, only locks the vehicle without lifting the windows.

A waterproof relay to turn off the number plate or license plate or tag what ever you call them lights when select reverse so the glare especially in rain doesnt render camera usless. Then a pair of stedi led bars between towbar and bumper as extra reverse lights

Do you have any pics to share please?
How did you mount them?
Are they connected dirext to the reverse power wire?

I just got two Stedi flush mount LEDs I was thinking to use as reverse lights. (these will go next to the number plate,)

I have 2 that I use each day.

First is a 100x150mm mirror I stuck on my sun visor. I often get dirty at work, I like to make sure my face isn't dirty when I meet the next client haha!!!! $8 delivered on ebay.

Second is my drink bottle holder. I short bit of 100mm PVC pipe, painted black, attached to my centre console right next to my seat. Easily fits 1.5L bottles and keeps them out of the way. $0, scrap from my shed.
