Hey lads, might be a stupid question!
But was going to run this little fuse block off the positive in the pics, will there be any drams putting it there as it’s the best spot for it to sit?

In my opinion you will be ok, I would do the same if adding a fuse block.
You could think about putting it closer to a central point where your accessories will be, connected by a suitable positive wire (but looks like the block would need to be insulated).
That way you'll have less wires running across the engine bay. Just a thought, and depends on how you like to set things up.
I've often thought about adding something like this, but given the battery in the Ranger already has that much hanging off the positive terminal, sometimes wires and an online fuse just take up less room.
