Ford ranger bi turbo ticking noise

I am so frustrated please some one will tell me what is going on as when car is idle start n stop there is ticking noise coming for few seconds and then gone went to the ford dealership the replaced all the motors and what they told me when the car temp is lo it will not make noise and when I change the temp to 19 ticking noise start coming back in
Any help or suggestion would be appreciated
