HELP - No LH tail lights

Need help fitted LED tail lights to my 2017 PX2 XLT Ranger after a month the left hand F & R tail lights have stopped working there is no fuse and I believe the computer controls power to the tail lights LH I have since installed a 5w resistor still no power have tried disconnecting the battery overnight but no luck. I have forscan and a dongle but are not sure how to or if I can reset the tail lights with Forscan ? Any help much appreciated

If the BCM has locked out the lights it will need a reset.

Can the BCM reset be done with Forscan and the right cable

It was an LED globe had a short down to earth BCM reset once removed
