Head install with arb bull bar

Hi, I want to install mustang lights on my ranger 2021 wild trak px3. It has Hamer bull bar on it,do I have to remove the bull bar in order to access the bolts? Any help will be appreciated

Probably. The headlight mounting is a sucky design.
