Hey guys, just adding some new pics of my Ranger. Everything has been installed by myself.
3" Front lift
2" Rear
Tough dog UCA's
Tjm Bar (with sensors& radar)
Stedi lights
35mm flares.

Stereo all Audison
6.5" Splits
6.5" Coax
10" Slim sub custom made box
5ch amp
Sound deadening

Alot more to come!

More up north coast than local mate. Head Ledge/Lano way more often. You?

Pretty easy install if your keen to do it yourself. I'm gonna build another box for 2 subs soon

Nice mods. We're currently in the process of sorting a few out at the local shop for our Ranger.

Curious as to why you went 3 inch lift in the front and 2 in the rear? Does the 3 inch at the front stretch the brake lines to it's limits? Or has the extension (droop) been limited?

At the moment i've just got quotes on a 2inch lift for OME and Dobinsons.

Levels the car with 3 inch in the front. Brake lines will be stretched when articulating. Requires bendix extended braided brake line kit.

Like lincolnland said, it levels the car out and I think looks better but when off road you are getting to the end of the standard brake lines.
I'll be doing a Dobinson MRR upgrade soon so will put up more pics with extended brake lines / swaw bar links ets.

I thought a 3" lift ideally needs a diff drop?

What model Audison splits are they? How do they sound? I’ve used Audison amp and processors before but never really considered there speakers, I usually go with Focal speakers..
What sub did you use, how many litres or cu ft is that box? I was thinking of dual 10’s behind the seat in my new one..

The Splits are the apk165 and sub is aps10d. I've used a bit of focal and hertz in the past and fairly comparable in sound. I'd say the higher end hertz and focal have a bit more mid bass but pretty impressed with the sound. Box is 13lt but will be coming out soon. Going for dual 10" in custom box instead.

Yeah GerryP ideally to keep cv angle to a minimum 3" should have diff drop I just haven't had the car under that much load off road where I'm concerned with them.
But they are definitely getting installed with the new front set-up comming.

Ye from what I’ve heard people say they are a neutral sounding speaker, I prefer a lively sound..

Are you going dual 10’s behind rear seat? What subs are you thinking? I’ve looked at a few slimline models and I’m considering JL Audio 10TW3, Focal P25 FSE, Rockford Fosgate T1S2-10

For dual 10's in a double cab, these boxes they make here are pretty nifty.

Hmm, I’m not sure about that setup..looks like they are pushing into the seat pretty hard and are they infinite baffle subs?

Not much happening on this recently due to work but a few changes

ARB Ascent canopy
Hardkorr camping lights
Alpine roof screen (for the kiddos)
TJM Awning using Yubute fabrication brackets
Rear drawer / Fridge set up.
Going to make another rear set up, have been on a few trips since i built it and quite a few things id like to change
