Hey Lincoln,

Pretty easy mod, did the same on my PX2. I bought 1m of rubber backed charcoal grey carpet runner from Bunnings, $14.90. Take the tailgate cover off, 8 x torx screws. Cut the ends off with a jigsaw or similar. File the edges smooth. I cut up the scone burners' yoga mat (let's hope she doesn't take up yoga again), it was 12mm foam rubber and perfect for the job. Cut the foam rubber slightly smaller than the carpet. Slip the carpet into the rubber holders and then replace the plastic ends. Sit the middle plastic piece over the top of the carpet so you can find the holes to replace remaining 4 torx screws. Sit on it and admire it with a can or two!

Hi Butch,

Would love too. Could learn a lot off you blokes! However, got too much work on this year. Spot looks awesome. Will look forward to the photos.

Thanks for the idea. Going to do this.
However, do you have a tailgate latch cover piece, (the long section) on the tailgate, under the tub liner?
My 21.75 XLT doesn't have this. I found this out when I recently fitted the tailgate central locking kit.
Removed the tub liner and there's nothing there.

My 21.75 XLT tub liner is different design to yours. It's actually also sunken, I gather because that inspection/cover panel is removed under the factory tail gate liner, it seems to sit inside there.
I've also got the screw in tailgate end piece for the Aussie Tonneau cover (clip on version, clamp style) on the end of the tagate too which adds another issue.

How do you go about wiring your garage door remote into the fascia panel?
