Old Man Emu setup

Hi guys i need some help please. I am running 300kg leaf spring in my vehicle. I need to so some photo because i thing my bottom 2 blad is showing the wrong way.

Can any body help with pics please

Put up some pics, someone here will advise if they are correct or not.

They look ok to me, the second bottom spring is slopping down the same as mine, the only difference is my bottom spring is flat where your's curves down. Mine are 300kg and over 10 years old, so OME may have changed the bottom spring so as not to cause hard point as the springs get load on them.

One thing, is get yourself some leaf spring end slipper pads, install and grease them.. They used to cost around a $1 each. Pretty simple to install, just jack the vehicle up and the the load off the spring and then you can lever each leaf apart with a screwdriver and install them. I grease mine after ever big trip and they usually need replacing between 50 and 80,000K depending on how much the springs have been worked on tracks.

BTW. be careful when installing them that you don't let the spreader slip out as your fingers might get caught between the leaves and not work very well anymore

You second from last blade looks down mine looks up. The new leaf liner we get is black from old man emu. There is new ones in the have service my blades ad the back.

the bottom two most of the time are flat.

Doesn't look like an OME spring for a Ranger as the OME ones don't have a keep on the overload/ helper leaf.

The picture shows a keeper on the overload spring.

Here is are better picture of mine the bottom overload spring is flat the one above it which is also an overload spring bends down at the ends.
